Motul RBF (Racing Brake Fluid) 700 is a high performance brake fluid developed to have an extraordinary and effective braking force to resist extreme temperatures generated in racing brakes.
For all kinds of hydraulic actuators of brakes and clutches.
Motul RBF 700 exceeds the requirements of the DOT 4 standard and can therefore be used on high-performance road vehicles.
Extreme thermal resistance and stability:
High boiling point (336°C), higher than conventional fluids DOT 5.1 (260°C min.) and DOT 4 (230°C min.) It allows effective braking even in extreme conditions of use.
Efficient in case of rain:
The very high wet boiling point (205°C), superior to conventional brake fluids DOT 5.1 non silicone (180°C min.) and DOT 4 (155°C min.), allows an efficient braking level even in humidity conditions. The brake fluids tend to absorb moisture from the air, which reduces the boiling point and increases the risk of the “vapor-lock” phenomenon. The damp boiling point is measured by humidifying the product with about 3% of water.
Do not mix with liquid polyglycol-based brakes.
Do not mix with silicone fluids (DOT 5 silicone base) or mineral fluids.
